Salina man pleads guilty to child porn charge

8/18/2010
Salina Journal
Nathan E. Boyce, 42, of Salina, has pleaded guilty in federal court to one count of distributing child pornography.
Boyce was charged with using the Internet to post images of child pornography on a public website and to offer to trade with other collectors.
The investigation began when agents of Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Los Angeles targeted a website on which users were posting and trading child pornography in a chat room. They followed an electronic trail left by a user who called himself “pervypedostrokin” to Boyce at his home in Salina. On March 11, investigators searched Boyce’s home. They seized computers containing more than 50 movie files depicting children as young as 3 years of age engaged in sexual intercourse, child bondage, child bestiality, oral sex, anal sex and masturbation.
Sentencing is set for Nov. 3. The government is recommending a sentence of 15 years in federal prison.
