ARKANSAS CITY -- Henry M. Wolfram, 88, formerly of Oberlin, died Sunday, May 11, 2008. He was born Aug. 18, 1919, in rural Herndon. He was a farmer and retired from the Kansas Department of Transportation in 1977.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Beatrice, in 2007.

Survivors include a son, Larry and wife Sandra of Liberal; a daughter, Connie Meixner and husband Curtis of Arkansas City; 5 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Pauls Funeral Home, Oberlin. Burial will be in Oberlin Cemetery. Visitation: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. until the service Saturday at the funeral home.
