Billie Jean Schwemmer WICHITA -- Billie Jean Schwemmer, 85, died Saturday, May 10, 2008. She was born Billie Jean Powers on March 4, 1923, in Marion. She was a retired office manager. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arnold, in 1978. Survivors include two sons, Jerry of Springfield, Mo., and Mike and wife Becky of Wichita; a grandchild, Kasey Schwemmer, Wichita. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. today at Marion Christian Church, Marion, KS, with Pastor Carl Helm officiating. Burial will be in Marion Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Venture House of Wichita, in care of Zeiner Funeral Home, P.O. Box 6, Marion, KS 66861. [Comment] |
