Betty J. Randles

Betty J. Randles, 82, Salina, died May 11, 2008, at Kenwood View Nursing Center, Salina, KS.

Mrs. Randles was born Betty Jean Stephens on December 27, 1925, in Barnstall, OK. She worked as a customer service representative at the Central Mall until retirement in 2003.

She was a member of the Eastern Star, the Daughters of the Nile, Social Order of the Beaucant, LAPM, the Rebekahs and the VFW Ladies Axillary, all of Salina.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles L., in 1994.

She is survived by two sons, Gary of Kimball, NE, and Terry of Topeka, KS; daughters, C. and Barbara Jones of Smith Center, KS, and Rebecca Randles of Salina, KS; one sister, Inabella Petsch of Kimball, NE; 12 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Ryan Mortuary, 137 North Eighth St., Salina. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park, Salina.

Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the mortuary. No memorials are suggested. To send condolences, visit www.ryanmortuary.com.
