Helen L. (Louise) Walker

McPHERSON -- Helen L. (Louise) Walker, 88, died Wednesday, July 23, 2008. She was born Helen Davis on Aug. 4, 1919, in Caney.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse, in 1983; her parents; three sisters; and three brothers.

Survivors include a daughter, Betty L. Loges and husband Sherman "Sherm" of McPherson; four grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at McPherson Cemetery, with Pastor Mike Hambley officiating. There will be no visitation. In lieu of flowers, memorials may go to The Cedars Health Care Center or Parkinsons and Related Disorders, in care of Glidden-Ediger Funeral Home, 222 W. Euclid, McPherson, KS 6760.
