Taco John's robbery investigation continues

Police continue to investigate the Monday robbery at Taco John’s in downtown Salina.
Deputy Police Chief Carson Mansfield said several tips have been received, although no arrest had been made by Tuesday morning.
Mansfield said it was possible the same person was responsible for a similar burglary recently at Dillons, 511 E. Iron.
According to the police report, the robber grabbed $55 in $10 and $5 denominations from the cash register before running out of the restaurant at 303 S. Santa Fe.
