Truck parts missing from business

A Salina business that makes replacement front ends for pickup trucks reported items had been stolen from a secured storage area.
Employees at Thunderstruck, 2209 Centennial, found that 11 front end shells were missing during an inventory check, said Deputy Police Chief Carson Mansfield.
The theft is reported to have occurred between 5 p.m. July 21 and 2 p.m. Aug. 4. Missing were eight Ford truck front ends, two Dodge front ends and one Chevrolet front end, for a total loss of $13,145.
