  The Kansas Authors Club announces its 2008 Writing Contest for Youth.  Kansas students, grades 1 through 12, may submit one entry in each of three categories.  Entrants are grouped according to grade, with different word limits, for poetry and prose (fiction and nonfiction) on any subject.  There is no entry fee.  Postmark deadline is June 30, 2008.  The Kansas Authors Club is a statewide organization.  Winners will be announced at the Dodge House in Dodge City, Kansas on October 3, 2008.  For complete rules visit http://skyways.lib.ks.us/orgs/kac/youthrules.html.  For more information, contact Christie Breault at CBL4KSU@AOL.COM or (316) 253-2887.
