Motorcycle crash kills Nebraska man

ST FRANCIS -- A Nebraska man died as a result of motorcycle crash in Cheyenne County Saturday morning.

Jack L. Carman, 61, Imperial, Neb., was riding a 2002 Honda south on K-161 around 11:15 a.m. when he lost control at a curve about 9 miles north of Bird City.

According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, Carman drove into the north ditch and lost control. He was taken to Cheyenne County Hospital in St. Francis, where he was declared dead.

ice man do you know exactly what happened, did he have a helmet on and was he in a group... also how big was his Honda

He definitely lost control BEFORE he drove his motorcycle into the north ditch while riding south. May he rest in peace.
