Two arrested on drug charges

By the time two young women noticed the driver of the car next to them was a police officer, he had already noticed that the substance they were smoking didn't smell like tobacco.
Arrested in the 100 block of East Iron Avenue Thursday afternoon were Nichole Lynn Davis, 20, of Ramona, and Heather Marie Cronk, 19, of Herington.
According to the police report, 0.2 ounces of marijuana were confiscated. Authorities also learned Cronk was wanted on a warrant from Riley County.
