There is a huge number of drunk drivers on the roads of Salina! DUI= PROBATION-PROBATION-PROBATION! Give the city some $$$ cash $$$$ and and get probation from spending time in Jail! I'd recommend this, with the continued large amount of DUI's Take away their FREEDOM! along with the $$$ cash $$$ for Fines and Fees!
