Salina Municipal Court

DUI CONVICTION -- Michael W. Duskie, 46, 3214 Morning Dove Lane, 2nd offense, one year in jail, probation granted for two years after serving five days, $1,000 fine, $50 court costs, $150 alcohol evaluation fee.

DUI DIVERSION -- Toby J. Wright, 23, Mesquite, Nev., was granted diversion from prosecution for driving under the influence. He was ordered to perform 20 hours of community service and to pay a $500 fine, $50 court costs, $150 alcohol evaluation fee, and $175 diversion fee.
