RUSSELL — Robert L. Dinges, 59, Victoria, was killed in a one-vehicle crash at 5:15 p.m. Monday on Interstate Highway 70 at the Dorrance overpass.

According to a Kansas Highway Patrol report, Dinges was driving west when his vehicle went over a guard rail and ended up on a county road below the Interstate.

Dinges, who was wearing a seat belt, was dead at the crash site.
