Craig L. Funk, 40, Salina, was taken to Wesley Medical Center in Wichita after being injured in a motorcycle crash Saturday evening.

A Wesley spokesman said Monday that Funk had been dismissed.

According to a Kansas Highway Patrol report, Funk was exiting eastbound Interstate Highway 70 to southbound Interstate Highway 135 at 6:29 p.m. Saturday when he lost control of the motorcycle he was riding. The motorcycle went into the ditch and crossed the southbound lanes of I-135. Funk was thrown form the motorcycle into the driving lanes of southbound I-135, and the motorcycle landed in the center median.

Funk was not wearing a helmet, according to the report. He was taken to Salina Regional Health Center, then flown to the Wichita hospital.
