Osborne offers free land to woo newcomers
OSBORNE -- Need land to build a home or business? It's available free at Osborne, population 1,600.
Osborne Economic Development is making available 15 residential building lots and more than 30 acres of business property as an incentive to bring new people and commerce to town.
