The Police can't be everywhere at once. They try to patrol the streets to prevent crime as best they can while responding to calls for service as well. Unfortunately most calls wast an Officer's time because parents can't hndle their own children or callers are annoyed by a barking dog and want the Police to solve the problem.

If you're going to drink and drive, do it at home while playing a video game. That way you won't get arrested, lose your license, or go to jail.
