Woman arrested after she picks up prescription

DAVID CLOUSTON
Salina police Tuesday arrested a woman for allegedly fraudulently obtaining a prescription for the painkiller Lortab.

At about 5:30 p.m., a woman went to B&K Prescription Shop, 601 E. Iron, with a fraudulent prescription for the drug. After the woman left, the pharmacist became suspicious and discovered the prescription was phony, Capt. Mike Sweeney said.

The woman was arrested at her residence,  he said.

Arrested was Roxanne Lynn Tolle, 40, 1430 Austin Circle.
