n The state of Kansas seeks forfeiture of a 1974 Plymouth Brougham seized from the 1100 block of North Santa Fe Avenue on April 25 by the I-135/I-70 Drug Task Force. The state contends the car was used to facilitate felony drug crimes.

n Joey Knight seeks more than $75,000 from Douglas Rempp and McDonald's Corporation for injuries he suffered on Feb. 3, 2007, when he slipped and fell on his hip and shoulder in the McDonald's restaurant at 2236 Planet.

n Security Savings Bank seeks a mortgage foreclosure against Hubert L. Garrett and Kathryn J. Sims for a sum in excess of $32,200.

n First Bank Kansas seeks a mortgage foreclosure against Amanda L. Burge for property at 1211 Kingston for a sum in excess of $63,400.

n The State of Kansas and Kansas Highway Patrol seek forfeiture of a 2007 Chrysler Sebring, $310 in cash and 8 ounces of marijuana seized April 20 from Interstate Highway 135 in Saline County. The state contends the items were proceeds of, or were used to facilitate, illegal drug transactions.

n LaSalle Bank National Association seeks a mortgage foreclosure against Sammy A. Sparks and Tracey L. Sparks on property at 1826 Highland for a sum in excess of $119,000.

CIVIL JUDGMENT -- Court grants Credit Based Asset Servicing & Securitization a mortgage foreclosure against Joseph Moran and Colleen A. Moran for property at 2713 Bobby Place for a sum in excess of $299,300.
