Some city records now can be accessed online
The city of Salina announced Thursday that a number of public records can be accessed online through city’s Web site at www.salina-ks.gov. Documents include city commission agenda packets, minutes, ordinances and resolutions, as well as similar information for the Salina Planning Commission and other city-appointed boards and commissions. Other documents include agreements entered into by the city, budgets, audits, city codes and more. Records also are available through the normal process of filing an open records request at the city clerk’s office, whether or not that record is available through the Web site. Go to www.salina-ks.gov and click on “Open Records” in the index on the left hand side of the screen. For more information, call 309-5735.
