Well aware that his decision to deny Sunflower Electric its permit to build two new coal-fired generating plants in southwest Kansas would likely result in a lawsuit, Kansas secretary of health and Environment Rod Bremby announced his decision in written format, and said he would not comment publicly about it. But when he stopped Wednesday night in Salina as part of an annual statewide listening tour ... he also said he wouldn’t comment on it.
