Print this story A tip about child pornography on a computer led to the arrest of a Salina man on charges of sexual exploitation of a child. James E. Miller, 38, 618 Ralph, was arrested this morning. Deputy Salina Police Chief Carson Mansfield said police received a tip Jan. 16 about images on a computer. They seized the computer and sent it to the Heartland Regional Computer Forensics Laboratory in Kansas City, and alleged pornographic images were found. Mansfield said it appeared that the images had been downloaded from the Internet.
