Salina Art Center Adult Workshop

Grandma Layton's Art Cure: Opening Your Inner Eye with Blind Contour

May 29, 6-9 p.m.

Join Lucas artist Erika Nelson to learn about the life and art of Elizabeth "Grandma" Layton, and create a sketchbook filled with a series of drawings in graphite, pen, colored pencil, or an art media of your choice. Enrollment is taking place for the Salina Art Center's summerART / program, a series of classes taught by professional artists and educators. Classes take place June 17 to July 25, Monday through Thursday, each week. All classes are at the Salina Art Center, 242 S. Santa Fe, Salina. Enrollment for the Salina Art Center's summerART program will once again take place through the Salina Department of Parks and Recreation.
