Mother Nature''s Hole-in-One

This photo was taken after last night''s (May 5th) electrical storm. Lightning struck on the putting green at Salina Municipal Golf Course and left this interesting burn pattern in the grass. The lightning strike was witnessed by several golfers who had taken refuge inside the pro shop only 20-30 yards away. My husband, Mike Hargrave, is the assistant pro at the course and he called me at home to come out and take this picture of he and our son Benjamin checking out the phenomenon.
