COLBY -- Clyde James Cooper Jr., 78, died Monday, Nov. 2, 2009. He was born March 5, 1931, in Denver. He was a retired attorney.

Survivors include a son, James Cooper, of Greeley, Colo.; daughters, Julie Cooper, of Knoxville, Tenn., and Jill Cooper, of Los Angeles; a sister, Suzanne Lee, of Denver; and a grandchild.

There will be no services; there was cremation.

Harrison Chapel, Colby, is handling arrangements.
