Agnes Marie Burk

BIRD CITY -- Agnes Marie Burk, 88, died Monday, June 29, 2009. She was born March 25, 1921, in Fort Morgan, Colo. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer.

Survivors include her children, Elmer C. Burk II, of Tucson, Ariz., Nancy Williamson, of Augusta, Ga., Cheri Smith, of Othello, Wash., Robert Burk, of San Rafael, Calif., and Denis Burk, of Atwood; and sisters, Lucene Krueger, Jean Brickell, Themla Phifer, Dolores Graff and Janice Brown.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday, July 3, at St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church. Vigil/rosary will be at 7 p.m. today at the church. The casket will remain closed. Visitation will be at the church after 6 p.m. Williams Funeral Home, Atwood, is handling arrangements.
