TOPEKA - Jack Burton Miles, 90, died Monday, Feb. 6, 2012. He was born May 25, 1921, in Green to Clifford and Addie (Appleton) Miles. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Nola Platz and Maxine Bloom, and granddaughter, Kristi Lantz. He is survived by his wife, Nola; sons, Scott, Greg and Jay; daughter, Diane Berroth; brother, Larry; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 10, at United Methodist Church, Clay Center. Visitation will be 10 a.m.-service time Friday at the church. Memorials may be given to Hospice Care of Kansas, in care of Neill-Schwensen-Rook Funeral Home, Clay Center.
