COLBY - David Del Ponte, 59, died Wednesday, Feb 8, 2012. He was born June 23, 1952, in Atchison to Harold and Grace (Cox) Del Ponte. Preceded by: his mother; and two brothers. Survivors: daughters, Carmen, Kathryn and Leslie Del Ponte, all of California; a grandson, Andrew Del Ponte, of California; three brothers, James (Shirley) Price, of North Carolina, Ben (Lisa) Ediger, of Missouri, and Lenard (Eleena) French, of Washington; four sisters; and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial service: 10 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 14, at College Drive Assembly of God Church, Colby. Memorials: fund for new sound equipment at the church, in care of Baalmann Mortuary, P.O.
