Burnell Ukens

CONCORDIA — Burnell Ukens, 75, died Thursday, Nov. 5, 2009. He was born Aug. 28, 1934, in Larned to Herman and Helen Ukens. Survivors: wife, Gwydotta, of the home; sons, Kevin (Claudia) and Courtney (Nicole), all of Concordia; daughter, Lyndra Sextro, of Manhattan; sister, Vertabelle Hathaway, of Hutchinson; and seven grandchildren. Respect calls: 1 to 8 p.m. today and 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at Nutter Mortuary, Concordia, with family present from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday.
