GREAT BEND -- Gwendylon W. Stroup, 95, died Thursday, July 2, 2009. She was born April 4, 1914, in Labette County to Francis and Iva Polk. Preceded in death by: husband, George; two brothers; and three sisters. Survivors: daughters, Janet (Charles) Bybee, of Great Bend, Judy (Irvin) Albin, of Salina, and Georgia (Dan) Link, of Hutchinson; a brother; a sister; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday at Bryant Funeral Home, Great Bend. Service: 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 7, at the funeral home.
