OVERLAND PARK -- Claire Catherine Ryan, 89, formerly of rural Chapman, died Friday, July 3, 2009. Preceded in death by: husband, Larry; five brothers; and two sisters. Survivors: children, Tom (Carol), Barbara (Sam) Frey, Phil (Julie), Katie (Steve) McCue, Larry (Kathy), Charles (Vicki), Bill (Dianne), Carla (Marc) Andreoli, Martin (Deb) and Jeanne (Jack) Bangert; three brothers; 30 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Family will receive friends: 10 to 11 a.m. Monday, July 6, at St. Michael's Catholic Church, Chapman, followed by funeral Mass at 11 a.m. Memorials to the church or St. Luke's Hospice, Kansas City, Mo., in care of Londeen Funeral Chapel, Chapman.
