Raymond R. Lamoree

BEELER -- Raymond Richard Lamoree, 87, died Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2009.

He was born Feb. 18, 1922, in Gorham to Levi and Laura Lamoree. He was preceded in death by his wife, Veta, on May 6, 2005; three sisters; a brother; and a son-in-law. Survivors include his daughters, Linda Shomo, of Clovis, N.M., Gayla Michaelis, of Ness City, and Gwenda Philbrook, of Salina; son, Gary Lamoree, of Beeler; brother, Ralph Lamoree; sisters, Ruth Wells, Loretta Schadel and Dorthea Robinson; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. today, Nov. 21, at Beeler United Methodist Church. Fitzgerald Funeral Home, Ness City, is handling arrangements.
