Minnie G. Beem

CHAPMAN — Minnie G. Beem, 93, died Friday, Nov. 6, 2009. She was born Nov. 26, 1915, near Navarre to Walter and Lily (Shank) Pratt. She was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn; and brother, Ivan Pratt. Survivors include her daughter, Juanita Ryff (Gordon), of Hope; sons, James (Karen), of Navarre, and Rod (Ann), of Phoenix; eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday at Danner Funeral Home, Abilene. Funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 11, at Ebenezer Baptist Church. Memorials may be given to the church or United Indian Mission, in care of the funeral home.
