Spilled coffee was listed as the cause of a crash that sent a semitrailer onto its side and its driver to Salina Regional Health Center about 6:10 p.m. Sunday.
According to a Kansas Highway Patrol report, Micheal A. Baldwin, 55, of Abilene, was driving south on Interstate Highway 135, just south of the Crawford Street interchange, when he spilled coffee on himself. His semitrailer went into the center median, then fell onto its side.
Baldwin, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken to Salina Regional Health Center.

That was an expensive cup of coffee. Better get a spill-proof sippy cup next time, Mr Truck Driver.
