Salinan accused of indecent solicitation

A 31-year-old Salina man was arrested Saturday, accused of indecent solicitation of a girl younger than 16 through inappropriate text messages.
Dromico Elam, 31, 1940 S. Fourth, is accused of exchanging messages and pictures of a sexual nature with the girl between Nov. 1 and Jan. 24, said Lt. Scott Siemsen, criminal investigation commander with the Salina Police Department.
