Shooting victim critical; Salina man, 28, arrested

A Salina man was arrested and another is in critical condition after a shooting early Friday.
Deputy Police Chief Carson Mansfield said Justin W. Letourneau, 22, of Salina, was shot once and taken to Salina Regional Health Center by private vehicle just before 6:30 a.m. Friday. He was transferred to a Wichita hospital in critical condition.
Willie Jerome Smith Parker, 28, of Salina, was arrested on a charge of attempted second-degree murder. Other charges are pending, Mansfield said.
