Salinan scammed in online sale

A Salina man reported to police that he won an online auction for a Honda motorcycle, which he paid for but never received.
Jarred J. Baker told police that he sent a money order for $3,500 on Sept. 19 to pay for the motorcycle, which was advertised for sale on a private Web site run by Lisa Burton of North Carolina.
The money order was shipped to England, according to the police report.
