Minneapolis man arrested on drug charges

A 21-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested Sunday on charges of possession with intent to sell after nearly 6 ounces of marijuana was found in his pickup truck. Brant M. Willoughby was stopped for speeding while he was southbound on Broadway at 1:59 a.m. Sunday, said Salina Deputy Police Chief Carson Mansfield. Willoughby was arrested for DUI, possession of a marijuana pipe and possession of marijuana with an estimated street value of $600, Mansfield said.

If he goes before Judge Hebert, the charges will be reduced or dismissed anyway.
