COLBY -- Kim Allen Kathka, 35, died Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2009. He was born Sept. 29, 1974, in Oberlin.

Survivors include a special friend, Hanna Pike, of Colby; his parents, Steve Kathka, of Dresden, and Linda Huss (Bob), of Herndon; grandparents, Elmer Kathka, of Oberlin, Colleen Kathka, of Denver, Marie McKisson, of Oberlin, and Jean and Frank Huss, of Herndon; and a daughter, Sophia Madeline Harris, of Colby.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, at Pauls Funeral Home, Oberlin. Visitation will be from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. today and 8 a.m. until service Saturday time at the funeral home.
