Herington man injured in fight

HERINGTON — Jacob Lollar was flown to a Wichita hospital and his brother, John Lollar, was arrested following an incident Wednesday night in Morris County, just east of Herington. Thursday afternoon, officers with the Kansas Highway Patrol and the Morris County Sheriff’s Office were still piecing together what happened about 9 p.m. Wednesday at 3162 U Avenue. “They were fighting. How the injuries happened to the brother, we don’t know yet,” said Scott Coover, Morris County sheriff. Jacob Lollar, whose age was not released, was in fair condition Thursday night at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita. His injuries were not known. John Lollar, 28, was arrested Wednesday night on a charge of driving under the influence. He bonded out of the Morris County Jail in Council Grove, Coover said. The bothers are residents of the Herington area.

The Natural Way says....
If the US would legalize pot,the police would have more time to do other investigations on harder drugs maybe investigate there own department for sex offenses , DUI, robberys , .Maybe even free up the courts for worse convictions ,. Well we could tax it ?, sell it in vending machines or over the counter ?. Seems like if it was legal maybe farmers could grow it an able to profit from it an if that was the case could gain there support in fighting the drug battle on the mexican border,that could help out the military also, and have a win win situation . Now if it was all that bad would god have put it on earth as one of his fruits ?? think about it ? .It might not be your cup of tea , but face it ,it is like Ford or Chev. or Dodge U drive what U like if u don't like it fine no one is pushing you to do it , Just think when u are all pissed off at the guy driving slower than u, or doesn't get all ralled up because u just saluted him with your middle finger ,maybe he/she is enjoying there day being HI .Now that pisses most common people off that isn't HI because U are havin a bad day being in todays hurried socitity and can't cope with it being natural( Not Hi) that is fine with some of us but look at it this way , no body busted u for that salute with in 1000 feet of a school or even the house of worship,so when u can't cope with yourself any more think about the people next door sittin on the porch smilin at u because U wanted to show somebody U are not happy naturally.Think taxes ,courts ,farmers ,distributers truckers local laborers all win from a legal stand point .
