 Alyce Allegra Fowler seeks more than $75,000 in damages from Juan C. Ruiz and Jacqueline G. Fowler for disabling injuries she suffered as a passenger in Jacqueline Fowler's car when it collided with Ruiz's car at the intersection of Ellsworth and Pershing streets on Sept. 15, 2000. Both drivers deny negligence.

 Discover Bank seeks payment of more than $4,220 from Cathy J. Hill for credit card debt.

 FIA Card Services seeks payment of more than $6,700 from Lynn E. Holderness for credit card debt.

 Sunflower Bank seeks a mortgage foreclosure against Daniel C. Zook and Rita M. Zook for property at 12 Crestview for a sum in excess of $146,200.

 Kristopher Livingston seeks a mortgage foreclosure against Jonathon Robinson for property at 301 N. 10th for a sum in excess of $17,200.

 Midfirst Bank seeks a mortgage foreclosure against Dylan T. Pierce for property at 916 E. Iron for a sum in excess of $80,500.

n Millard Pace and Dorothy Pace seek more than $75,000 from Lawrence D. Triplett, Millicent F. Triplett and Triplett Self Storage. The Paces allege Tripletts built a fence which restricted access to property owned by the Paces, even though the Paces had been granted an easement.

 Lonnie D. Wilson seeks $34,000 from Sutherland Lumber and Home Improvement. Wilson alleges that he purchased two deluxe pole barn packages for more than $22,600 on Dec. 26, 2005, which the store agreed to hold until Wilson obtained a building permit. On Aug. 5, 2008, Wilson advised the store he was ready for delivery, and the store refused, forcing him to pay $34,000 to obtain comparable goods.

 Wells Fargo Bank seeks a mortgage foreclosure against Susan D. Nemechek for property at 1531 Beverly for a sum in excess of $48,800.
