Because of a Journal error, a story in Saturday's paper inaccurately stated the charges on which Jennifer L. Bender 34, of Concordia, was arrested. Bender was arrested for conspiracy to possess methamphetamine with intent to distribute and use of a telecommunications device to facilitate sales and distribution of a controlled substance.

Mark W. Brandt, 43, of Concordia, who was arrested at the same time several other people were arrested on drug charges, does not face drug charges himself. He was picked up on a Concordia Municipal Court warrant for a speeding ticket from 2000 that he had not paid. Brandt said Saturday that he was unaware he had an outstanding speeding ticket and that he has now paid his fine.
