BROOKVILLE — A Corning man was injured when the vehicle he was driving rolled east of Brookville Monday. Skyler L. Brook, 18, was westbound on Kansas Highway 140 about 10:50 a.m. when the car he was driving struck the north edge of the road about 2.5 miles east of Brookville, according to a Kansas Highway Patrol report. Brook over-corrected, and the car entered into the south ditch and rolled several times. He was not wearing a seat belt. Brook was taken to Salina Regional Health Center, where he was treated in the emergency room.
