Wanted on felony warrant, man arrested

MILTONVALE -- A man wanted on a felony warrant out of Wisconsin for first-degree sexual assault was arrested in Miltonvale on Tuesday.

Justin Alan Bell, 28, was taken into custody without incident at about 10:30 a.m. at a Miltonvale house, said Cloud County Deputy Charles Lindberg. He remained in the Cloud County Jail on Tuesday evening awaiting officers from Wisconsin who were traveling to Kansas to pick him up.

Lindberg said Deputy Jonathan Strowig was the arresting officer. The arrest was a cooperative effort between the sheriff's office and the U.S. Marshal's Service, Lindberg said.
