CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY -- A concrete drinking fountain belonging to the city of Salina in the 100 block of North Santa Fe Avenue was damaged between 5 p.m. Monday and 7:22 a.m. Tuesday; $1,000 damage.

THEFT -- A PlayStation 3 and five games belonging to Nicholas D. Cassel were stolen from 756 Osage between 6:45 and 8 p.m. Tuesday; $650 loss.

BURGLARY -- A silver DVD player and 50 DVDs belonging to Travis W. Rathbun were stolen from 504 Anderson between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Tuesday; $600 loss.

n A Sony DVD player, cash, jewelry and a 37-inch LCD Vizio flat screen television belonging to Betty J. Wiegert were stolen from 443 Yale between 2:15 and 8:15 p.m. Tuesday; $1,870 loss.

INJURY CRASH -- Emily N. Verhoeff, 27, 801 N. Santa Fe No. A, was treated at Salina Regional Health Center after her car and a pickup truck driven by Michael A. Swanson, 16, Assaria, collided at the intersection of South Ohio and East Crawford streets at 1:04 p.m. Tuesday.
