DAMAGE TO PROPERTY -- A 2-by-10 foot paned glass window and a 3-by-8 foot glass door broken between 6 and 9:49 p.m. Friday at the Blue Cross/Blue Shield office, 138 N. Santa Fe, $1,000 damage.

How is SPD going to just "know" that a window in a random part of town is being broken out? It only takes 1 second to make a window drop and another to get away. Give them some credit, they aren't superheroes.
