Abilene man indicted on federal charges

TOPEKA — Jeremy Earl Breeden, 29, of Abilene, has been indicted by a federal grand jury on a charge of unlawful possession of a stolen firearm.
The crime is alleged to have occurred Sept. 27 in Dickinson County.
If convicted, Breeden faces up to 10 years in federal prison and a fine of up to $250,000.
The indictment was handed down by a federal grand jury meeting in Topeka.
