Truck driver injured when truck overturns
DELPHOS -- Mark A. Logan was in stable condition Saturday afternoon at Salina Regional Health Center after the semitrailer he was driving overturned on an Ottawa County road.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported that Logan, 48, of Taylorsville, Ga., was southbound at 9:35 a.m. Saturday on 50th Road west of Delphos and was attempting to turn east onto Volunteer Road. He failed to negotiate the turn and lost control. The truck rolled into its passenger side in a ditch. Logan was wearing a seat belt.
Salina Regional reported at 5:15 p.m. that Logan was still being treated in the emergency department.
