Community college to host Jamestown residents

CONCORDIA -- Cloud County Community College will treat Jamestown area residents to a free meal and free admission to two basketball games on Jan. 17.

The meal will be served in the college cafeteria at 5:15 p.m. The women's game against Seward Community College starts at 6 p.m. and will be followed by the men's game at 8 p.m.

Optional bus transportation will be available. The bus will leave the Jamestown City Library at 5 p.m. and leave the college to return to Jamestown at 9:30 p.m. Those interested in riding the bus can sign up at Jude's Restaurant.

Jamestown Night at is sponsored by the college, CCCC Athletic Booster Club, Jude's Restaurant, Jamestown State Bank and Randy and Reece Smith Construction. The event is one of five nights honoring county residents who have supported the college.
