Sweetheart Ball to benefit Red Cross

The Crimson Cross Sweetheart Ball, a Valentine's Day dance to support the American Red Cross, will be from 8 to 11 p.m. Feb. 11 at the Masonic Center, 336 S. Santa Fe. Doors will open at 7 p.m.

The ball will feature an hors d'oeuvres buffet, cash bar, silent auction and music by DJ Rick Raynes.

Tickets are $40 a couple in advance, $45 at the door, or $20 a person in advance and $25 at the door. Advance tickets may be purchased at the North Central Kansas Chapter of the American Red Cross, 145 S. Broadway.

The dance is hosted by the North Central Kansas Chapter of the American Red Cross, the Salina Journal and Residence 600. Proceeds will be used to help support American Red Cross disaster relief and military programs.
