WILSON -- Wilson's Christmas Festival begins at noon Dec. 6 at the Wilson Opera House with a sloppy joe meal.
Cost is $5 for adults and $2 for children.
Activities in the afternoon include a bake and craft sale from 1 to 3 p.m., a visit from Santa at 2:45 p.m. and a free children's movie at 3 p.m.
The event is sponsored by the Wilson Chamber of Commerce.
